Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach able.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate should have at least 1 year insurance experience and have a P&C license.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Be a great self starter
  • Must be highly motivated
  • Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
