DescriptionYour Role with the Company:
- Resolve customer hardware/software problem tickets.
- Knowledge of the supported platform is required as well as a working knowledge of the hardware.
- Resolve tickets within the customer SLA and obtain a high Customer Satisfaction Rating.
- Troubleshooting/Administration including but not limited to all of the following:
- Microsoft, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, switches, routers, firewalls, application installation, imaging PCs, etc.
- Demonstrated Verbal and Written communication skills are preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ year in IT Support
- Technical degree, preferred
- Knowledge of hardware and software support
