Your Role with the Company:
  • Resolve customer hardware/software problem tickets.
  • Knowledge of the supported platform is required as well as a working knowledge of the hardware.
  • Resolve tickets within the customer SLA and obtain a high Customer Satisfaction Rating.
  • Troubleshooting/Administration including but not limited to all of the following:
    • Microsoft, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, switches, routers, firewalls, application installation, imaging PCs, etc.
  • Demonstrated Verbal and Written communication skills are preferred.


Background Profile:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ year in IT Support
  • Technical degree, preferred
  • Knowledge of hardware and software support
