What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading an end-to-end sales process, from pipeline development to prospecting, to contracting to implementation and pull-through with Provider Companies (think private equity/venture-backed and public companies providing care as a business)
• Working with product and other functions in developing and refining GTM strategy and product positioning, as well as refining product offering to meet customer needs
• Maintaining consistent and accurate internal reporting on accounts, opportunities, & contacts
• Working across team to build and scale our Provider business


What You'll Need:
• 7-10+ years experience in provider and business development space
• Accomplished executive (hunter & farmer), with a stellar track record of sourcing and closing large strategic deals within the provider space (ideally with experience with for-profit companies vs. health systems only), as well as maintaining relationships beyond a transaction
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline with complex sales cycles involving multiple functions and economic buyers
• Depth of experience in a role that requires both individual sales as well as provide leadership and ultimately management of other business development professionals
• A natural entrepreneurial spirit, with experience managing the challenges and adversity involving rapid growth environments with limited resources
•The energy, drive, and passion to thrive in the midst of tremendous growth, and understands what it takes to scale a business
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, consultative, entrepreneurial growth environment, possessing a disciplined and structured approach to sales while also serving as a communicative team player
• Has a history of attracting, developing, and retaining talent, while also willing to operate in a “player/coach” model to start
